Except as specifically permitted under applicable laws, the reproduction or transmission of this content without permission is forbidden by law. Please contact Artracton in advance for permission to use any materials not covered by the Creative Commons License found on this Web site. This site also contains images that are the property of third parties, and it may not be possible for Artraction to grant permission for the use of such images.

Any information Artracton requests from Artraction Web site users that could be used to identify individual users, including but not limited to address, name, age, telephone number, and e-mail address.

Immediately as of the date of submission, Art that is uploaded to the Artraction website enters the public domain. That is, all artwork submitted to Artraction is protected from exclusive re-use by a Creative Commons License (www.creativecommons.org). Anyone is free to download images from the Artraction website and re-use those images as long as they do not prevent anyone else from doing the same... AND as long as the original artist is given visible credit along with every image AND as long as every use of the image makes these rights (and all others contained in the appropriate Creative Commons license pertaining to the image in question clear.
